About Urban Acupuncture Fund
Democratizing the source of capital with SmartDefi in order to build for people and the planet.
The project is born of a desire to break the traditional real estate model that at best is stuck trying to repay capital and at worst thinks of building homes as a way to maximize returns. Our initial focus will be urban interventions that make a big impact with limited resources and we’ll build as we grow. Supporting the development of great buildings and neighborhoods is our goal and we see myriad utilities for our token. Most importantly we will change the dynamics of real estate development allowing better buildings and more resilient cities built by the communities they serve.
